The People Behind the Care
The Beeches Residential Home is proud to have a very friendly, professional and experienced team who have worked together for a number of years. Together, they work hard and strive to provide the highest possible level of care for our residents, whilst being on hand to support relatives as and when they need a helping hand or a friendly face.
Angela has spent the past 23 years working in health and social care and has been Registered Manager of The Beeches since 2007.
Bev has worked in health and social care since 2006. She holds a Diploma Level 5 in Leadership and Management and has been Deputy Manager of The Beeches since 2016.
Jolene holds a Diploma Level 2 and has been a Senior Care Assistant at The Beeches since 2017.
Natasha holds a Diploma Level 2 and has been a Senior Night Carer at The Beeches since 2014.
Karen has a Diploma Level 3 and has been a Senior Care Assistant at The Beeches since 2017.
Darryl has been with The Beeches since 2013 and has worked her way up the ladder, becoming a senior carer in 2025. Darryl has a Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care.
The team are all highly valued and benefit from continuous professional development, along with regular reviews and appraisals. Everyone is key to the community here at our home, and their passionate dedication shines through in the care that they provide.
